Data We Collect
We collect only the information you give us directly through our forms: the name or company, e-mail address, selected service and message in the quote request form; and the identity, contact, passport and document details in the courier application form. No data is collected for profiling purposes.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising, marketing or tracking cookies. A single strictly necessary session cookie is used only when signing in to the administration panel, in order to maintain that session. This cookie is never created for visitors.
Third-Party Services
The site contains no third-party analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools. Fonts and all images are served from our own server, so opening a page sends no request to an external service.
Server Logs
For security and troubleshooting purposes, the web server keeps technical records such as the time of the request, the address requested and the IP address. These records are kept for a limited period and are never used for advertising.
Storage of Documents
The face verification photograph and criminal record document uploaded with an application are kept in a separate directory that the web server cannot serve, with restricted file permissions. Only authorised personnel signed in to the administration panel can access these files; no direct links to them are published.
Data Security
All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated on the server and are subject to rate limiting to prevent abuse. Administrator passwords are stored only as irreversible hashes.
